Guest presenter, Chris Hattingh is the Head of Policy Analysis at the South African-based Centre for Risk Analysis. Chris has a background in trade, economics, healthcare, and investment policy. He is also a member of the Global Trade and Innovation Policy Alliance and sits on the advisory council of the Initiative for African Trade and Prosperity and is a Senior Fellow at African Liberty.
Zoe Wollenschlaeger is a Global EB-5 Manager at Meyer Law Group, based in San Francisco, USA. Meyer Law Group will be providing legal and immigration consultations to investors at the seminar. Zoe assists investors from around the world in the legal process of EB-5 and helps clients file USCIS forms, such as the I-526 and I-485. As a South African herself, she understands the unique challenges and urgency African investors face as well as the US immigration experience.
EB-5 expert, Sonja Clarke helps foreign investors immigrate to the United States through the Homeland Security Immigrant Investor EB-5 Regional Center Program. Since 2008, FirstPathway Partners has assisted hundreds of immigrant investors in obtaining U.S. residency through the EB-5 program.
