With the final rule becoming effective on November, 21, 2019, increasing the minimum investment to $900,000 we encourage investors to take advantage of the current rules so that they can invest at the $500,000 lower rate. This change has been long forecasted however, we now have a final effective date for this action.
This seminar we will provide EB-5 application conditions, necessary documents, schedule from application to acquisition of permanent residence and specific project information (Bank of Motreal's US branch building construction). In particular, we will explain the details of the legal revision that will change the investment amount to over 900,000 USD (about 100 million yen) after November 21st.
