Hampton Inn & Suites West Allis Celebrates Grand Opening

On Thursday, October 29th, Hampton Inn & Suites West Allis celebrated the milestone event with a ceremony. The event attracted a large crowd, eager to witness the traditional ribbon cutting and tour the guest rooms.

West Allis Mayor, Dan Devine, spoke at the event, followed by FirstPathway Partners' COO, Dan Wycklendt. Both guest speakers expressed their gratitude to the city of West Allis for the opportunity to bring Hampton's vision to life and appreciation for all the hard work of everyone involved.

Located near the southern gates to the Wisconsin State Fair Park, the $13.3 million, four-story structure includes an 8,000-square-foot conference center and 101 guest rooms and suites. It is one of only two hotels in the City of West Allis, which attracted more than one million visitors this past summer during the week of the Wisconsin State Fair alone.

Immediately following the event, the hotel hosted its first event in collaboration with the city of West Allis and the West Allis/West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce. The 10th Annual Forks and Corks event was held in the hotel's conference center, featuring a wine and food tasting, along with live music and a silent auction.
