Construction on the project moves forward, as siding and brick have been added to the building.
When complete, the hotel will feature an indoor pool and spa, restaurant, lounge, exercise room, business center, and an 8,000 square foot banquet and conference center.
The hotel is being built across the street from the Wisconsin State Fair grounds, a prime location as the Fair prepares for future expansion. Additionally, it will fulfill an underserved area, as one of the only nearby hotels.
