E-2 Projects and Investments

A U.S. E-2 visa allows an investor to live and do business in the U.S. in exchange for a “substantial” investment (~$300k) and our clients can be certain that FirstPathway Partners carefully vets projects for E-2 suitability.

As an E-2 investor you will:

• Become a partner in owning a newly formed Teriyaki Madness restaurant with one other E-2 investor, in a location recommended by TMAD experts
• Participate in distributions from income of the restaurant 
• Participate in any gains and receive the balance of your capital account if you and your partner ever decide to sell
