BMO Harris Office Tower Exceeds Job Creation Requirement

Monday, July 22, 2019 - The most recent economist calculation for BMO Harris Bank Financial Center (BMO), our current EB-5 project, reveals the job count for expenditures to-date has now exceeded the 500 jobs required to qualify all 50 investors.  Under the current policy, an Immigrant investor can meet the job creation requirement by showing that at least 10 full-time positions for qualifying employees have been created as a result of his or her investment. We are thrilled to share that with 64% of construction complete, BMO has successfully fulfilled the job creation requirement creating over 600 of the 1,628 jobs projected, with more jobs continuing to be created.

With construction ongoing, there is a great nexus for past and future investors to these existing jobs and to any additional jobs to be created during construction and operations. According to an independent 3rd party report, construction remains on schedule for completion in December 2019.
