Thursday, June 27, 2019 – The new BMO Office Tower celebrated its topping-off with the placement of the final structural beam, with appearances from Mayor Tom Barret, FirstPathway Partners, Milwaukee-based developer Irgens Partners LLC, BMO Harris Bank, city leaders and construction crew. This event also received generous media coverage from the Milwaukee Business Journal, WISN 12, Fox 6, TMJ4, and others.
The ceremony was accompanied by a speech from Mayor Tom Barrett who extended his gratitude towards everyone who had a hand in the BMO project, including FirstPathways’ CEO, Robert Kraft, who located EB-5 funds to help finance the tower.
The BizTimes quoted Mark Irgens stating that “the tower is still on schedule to finish on time in December”, a major accomplishment to be acknowledged for all who are involved in the eagerly awaited BMO Tower project.
