Wednesday, April 17, 2019 - The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the May 2019 Visa Bulletin. The final action dates for investors from Mainland China is September 22, 2014, for both Regional Center and Non-Regional Center Programs. These dates have advanced by one week since the April 2019 Visa Bulletin was released. The final action dates for investors from Vietnam is September 22, 2016, for Regional Center and Non-Regional Center Programs. For all other countries, the final action dates are current.
