Tuesday, March 5, 2019 - Construction on the JW Marriott in Anaheim, California has been reported at 42% complete. The General Contractor has poured all of the concrete through the 11th floor and expects to “top-out” by mid-March. Insulation and drywall are in process through the 3rd and 4th floors with an installation of the exterior skin lath completed through the 6th-floor skin.
Other exciting news is the addition of a rooftop bar which will increase more revenue generating space. This addition (and some impact from rainy/wet weather conditions) has pushed the completion date out by two months from January 16, 2020, to March 02, 2020.
