Tuesday, April 23, 2019 - A recent field report on the construction progress of the JW Marriott in Anaheim, CA has revealed that construction is 53% complete.
In summary, vertical construction is completed with work continuing on the interior and exterior of the building. Installation of the wall insulation and wallboard is in progress through the 6th floor with installation of the exterior skin lath and windows continuing to progress through the 9th floor. Installation of the roofing is in progress.
As noted in the last report, with the addition of new amenities such as a rooftop bar, the completion date is targeted for March 2020 and is projected to be on schedule.
