EB5 Green Card

Within 21 to 24 months of entering the USA, you may petition to remove the “conditional” status of your visa. Simply submit your I-829 to USCIS.

FPP will help you through every stage of this process. Included with form I-829 is verification of job creation. FirstPathway Partners provides proof that at least ten jobs were created through your investment. These include both direct and indirect jobs.
