Scott Miswald, Chief Financial Officer 

Scott Miswald is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of diversified experience including: corporate finance, accounting, mergers & acquisitions, treasury & risk management, SEC reporting and taxes.  Previously Scott held senior financial positions with a publicly-held company with revenues up to $750 million, 2 start-ups and a turnaround company.  Scott started his career with Ernst & Young, an international public accounting firm.

Scott earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
