Kyle Strigenz,  Chief Investment Officer

Kyle Strigenz has been involved in all aspects of capital structuring including debt, equity, and mezzanine financing.  His main focus has been capitalizing large real estate projects throughout North America.  Through his role as Managing Director at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, he has completed over $3.5 billion of projects encompassing all levels of capital from debt to equity, underwriting, and closing.  Through this expertise, he maintains a comprehensive understanding of all the complexities of analyzing an investment. 

Kyle graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Business Law and Finance.  Kyle also serves as on the Board of a local foundation.  The charity helps women and children affected by cancer.
