Dan Wycklendt

Dan Wycklendt, Chief Operating Officer/Partner

Dan is a Milwaukee native with strong roots throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Dan has been involved in the real estate industry as well as politics after serving his country with honor.

In 1999, Dan joined the United States Marine Corps. During his 6 years as a Marine Dan traveled the globe. He was an active participant in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq. During these operations Dan served as Aircrew on CH46 Helicopters and was involved in offensive operations in multiple cities including Najaf, Fallujah, Ramadi, and Baghdad. Dan received many medals and awards including the Air Medal and Combat Aircrew Wings. He was honorably discharged in 2005.

Upon leaving the service he returned to Milwaukee to pursue an education focused on business from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from UWM.

As the Chief Operating Officer Dan will oversee investor relations and business operations.  He will also monitor the actions of the company and ensure that thorough reporting procedures, policies, standards, and specifications are followed.
